Here is a copy of the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) -- the court even notes the acts of harassment and violence by Carmel Dev't. Inc owned by the Araneta family.

NEWS FOOTAGE ON PANGARAP VILLAGE VIOLENCE

JUSTICE FOR PANGARAP

2 residents were killed 23 July 2011 because of the land dispute in Pangarap Village.  There was an issue about the land because our families bought it from the government in the 1970’s – but the subject land was “supposedly taken” from a rich and influential family who “got it back” through court cases after the government changed leadership in the 80's.

WE the residents and friends of Pangarap Village, only want respect for our rights and due process.  Surely there should be a way to settle this amicably, not by force and intimidation. BUT 2 men have died already, we want justice for them.

The 2 men killed are Sol Gomez and Mel Fortades.  Mel was taking the video of the violence being committed against the residents (read: evidence).   This blog is dedicated to them.

"the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" -- we appeal for your support for JUSTICE FOR PANGARAP - please assist us in spreading the word, appeal to people who can assist and for peace to prevail.  We need you!
